2、 Applicable locations:

The BL series industrial grade integrated explosion-proof refrigerator can be widely used in hazardous areas within Zone 1 (or Zone 2) of explosive gas mixtures with Class IIC and temperature group T4 in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, laboratory, storage, and other departments. It is a Class IIC explosion-proof refrigeration system manufactured using integrated explosion-proof technology according to industrial environmental requirements.

3、 Explosion proof refrigerator structure:

Explosion proof single door refrigerator has only one door and no dedicated freezer compartment. The freezing chamber box is directly composed of an evaporator, adopting a box structure with a small door, installed at the upper part of the inner tank, and the temperature inside is generally -18~-0 ℃, which can be used for ice making and freezing chemicals. Below the evaporator is the refrigeration compartment, with no insulation facilities in the middle. The refrigeration room is cooled by natural convection of air, and the temperature is generally controlled at 2-8 ℃. There are temperature sensors, shelves, and temperature controllers installed inside the explosion-proof chamber outside.
